The Full Retro Fit Kit comes with two full sheets of our B24 panels so you can custom fit your ventilation system in larger overcarriers popular with Law Enforcement Officers, the Full Retro Fit Kit will also fit all concealable vests and plate carriers.
The Full Retro Fit Kit features two of our B24 panels that includes our patent-pending evaporation and ventilation EVAP Technology. Our proprietary venting technology increases the surface area exposed to evaporative airflow. Above all, our technology produces continuous air flow between your torso and your body armor. The channels and holes designed into the panels move air through the backside of the armor. Airflow is created not only by hot air raising, but also your own breathing. Altogether these actions cause cooler air to be drawn in under the body armor. As a result, this produces evaporative cooling. This is a similar idea to how an AC works, because if air is moving over moisture them it is producing a cooling effect!
BODY ARMOR VENT’s proprietary closed cell foam filled, vertical air channels channels air flow upwards and out. It is through the horizontal vent holes that enable true evaporation of sweat from behind armor. As a result, this keeps your body’s temperature down in the summer and your body much drier and warmer in the winter. Our B24 panels help reduce rashes and excessive odor buildup by keeping fresh air and fresh sweat moving behind your body armor and not letting it sit to ferment.
